There will be no refund for product purchased that has been shipped/delivered unless for wrong items or defective product. 

If you opt for delivery service by Lalamove, we do not bear the risk for the items once it has left our place and damage occured during the delivery will not be borne by us as we opt for third party delivery service which is arranged by us on our good will and on your own cost. We strongly suggest customers to self pick up from us directly.


Refund process will take up to 3 working days upon the date of complaint via bank transfer.
