DESCRIPTION
Burnt cheesecake is a type of cheesecake that has a slightly charred or caramelized exterior. Unlike traditional cheesecake, burnt cheesecake is intentionally baked at a high temperature for a shorter period of time, resulting in a slightly burnt and cracked surface with a creamy and custard-like interior.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving (but I like it cold!). The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 3 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase. Please, keep it out of direct sunlight.
